"Nate was competent, thorough and would leave no stone unturned trying to save you money haggling with the seller. Our desired house listed 475k with seller agreed to pay 7.5k toward closing. To us that mean the house is worth 467.5k. When the appraisal came back with 470K in which we were OK with not asking for any further reduction since to us 467.5k was already lower than 470K appraised. Nope, Nate insisted that we asked for further reduction base on the 470K appraisal and it turned out that the seller was willing to go down another 2.5k. So, yeah Nate will do what it takes to get you the better deal and more saving. You will be in good hand with Nate as he will patiently and courteously walk you through from A to Z whether you are first time buyer or experienced buyer.
